How To Order



 

Delivery

Your order will be individually made for you unless I have the item in the colour you have chosen in stock. Please let me know in good time if you need an item for a specific date as I undertake to make orders in the order of receipt.

If for any reason you are not completely delighted with your order, I will make a full refund on any item returned in perfect condition within 10 days.

I will complete your order for you as quickly as possible but please allow 6 weeks for delivery. If when you complete the order form, you include your e-mail address, I will keep you posted on its progress

 

Postal Charges

UK orders under £100 will be sent by first class Recorded Delivery

UK orders of £100 and over & specially commissioned items will be sent insured by Guaranteed Special Delivery.

Overseas orders will be sent using the Royal Mail 'International Signed For' service (where applicable within the country of destination)

 

Charges for UK

  • £3.50 for orders under £100
  • £6.75 for orders £100 and over, limited edition and specially commissioned items.
  • £7.75 for orders £500 and over.

Charges for Europe

  • £7.75
  • £8.75 for orders £500 and over

Charges World Wide

  • £8.75
  • £9.75 for order £500 or over

 

Payment

I no longer have an online payment facility.

For customers living in the United Kingdom, payment may be made by cheque or postal order, made payable to 'SUSAN LEE'.

Overseas customers must pay in Sterling by way of an International Bank Transfer, International Money Order, Euro Cheque or PayPal.
