How To Order



 

Delivery

Your order will be individually made for you unless you have chosen the discounted items that I have in stock. Please let me know in good time if you need an item for a specific date as I undertake to make orders in the order of receipt.

I will complete your order for you as quickly as possible but please allow 6 weeks for delivery. If when you complete the order form, you include your e-mail address, I will keep you posted on its progress

If for any reason you are not completely delighted with your order, I will make a full refund on any item returned in perfect condition within 10 days.

 

Postal Charges

UK orders under £100 will be sent by first class Recorded Delivery

UK orders of £100 and over & specially commissioned items will be sent insured by Guaranteed Special Delivery 'Next day' service.

Overseas orders will be sent using the Royal Mail 'International Signed For' service (where applicable within the country of destination)

 

Charges for UK

  • £3.75 for orders under £100
  • £6.75 for specially commissioned items under £100.
  • FREE for all orders £100 and over,

Charges for Europe

  • £8.00
  • £9.00 for orders £500 and over

Charges for World Wide

  • £9.00
  • £10.00 for orders £500 or over

 

Payment

Customers in UK.

I no longer have an online payment facility but I can take your credit card payment via Paypal for which I make a 5% surcharge on the total order. I can also take payment via Bank Transfer. If you would like to pay by either of these methods, please e-mail me for details on slee@tecres.net

You may also make payment by cheque or postal order, made payable to 'SUSAN LEE'.

 

Customers overseas

Customers overseas need to pay in Sterling by way of an International Bank Transfer or PayPal. I will make a 5% surcharge on the total order for customers paying by Paypal. For those customers wishing to pay by International Bank Transfer, any charge that the bank makes must be in addition to the cost of the total order.
