I have been making 1/12th scale miniatures since 1991 when having finished decorating my full size house, I decided Imight like to build myself a dolls house and most of the items within.

The leather footwear and accessories came about when given a small piece of leather, I thought I might try and have a go at making a pair of ladies boots. Having made them quite successfully, I decided to make a bag to go with them. Then someone asked me whether I thought I could make some shoes and the rest as they say is history!

Regarding the toys, I couldn't decide whether to have a bathroom in my dolls house or a nursery. After a lot of umming and arring I decided that I could make far more to go in the nursery than I could in a bathroom so I set about making toys.

So from what started off as just an enjoyable hobby, my love of miniatures has grown in to a full time business with me making 1/12th scale leatherwear & toys for everyone to enjoy.

Each item is individually handcrafted. The shoe forms are hand carved from wood as are the heels. the footwear is lined with satin or fabric and the uppers and soles are made from leather.Except maybe the slippers which are flexible, none of the footwear will fit a doll. They are designed for display purposes only. The bags and the purses do not open unless stated otherwise.

I now attend only one fair a year which is the Christmas Kensington Dollshouse Festival in December.
